We can’t wait to lead you through the ultimate Mind Body Cardio Experience. Before taking your first RIDE here’s some things you made want to know:
We know it can be overwhelming walking into a new studio and trying a new program. Our classes are not your average cycle class BUT we have the most welcoming community, supporting you every pedal of the way. We Rhythm RIDE to the beat using both the upper and lower body providing a full body workout.
We work the mind, body and soul.
The room is ventilated with air-conditioning but the studio still gets very hot! We recommend light-weight spots gear including fitted pants for the class. We provide clip in shoes, please BYO socks.
We don't recommend fasted cardio. Please seek medical or nutritional advise before you sign up for classes on what is right for you and your body. We recommend a full meal a few hours before the class or a light snack up to half-an-hour before.

We can't express enough the importance of hydration. Not only during the class but before and after you ride. And it’s not enough to replenish with water alone. You MUST replace electrolytes lost in sweat. We have these on hand in the studio, Please consult a medical expert for recommendations best suited to you. During the class Riders can bring their own bottles to fill at our water station or purchase bottled water.
This is a High Intensity Interval Program and beginners should aim first to get their feet on the beat, stay in the saddle until they have built strength and confidence to stand and over time add the upper body and progress from there. Clip in and experience the movement!
There is absolutely no expectation for you to keep up and PLEASE DON’T TRY! It’s your own journey! We just want you to join the movement and be inspired! You will get there over time. REMEMBER… the advanced riders were a beginner once too!
In the BASE classes, we support you with more coaching around technique and our experienced instructors will be able to give you the best advice on what to do. It is still highly recommended that you know what you are signing up for, so please research Rhythm Riding & watch our Instagram videos to familiarise yourself to make sure its right for you.
If we don’t feel we have adequate time to set you up and run you through bike and riding safety without delaying or disrupting the class you won’t be able to join the class and your ride will still be redeemed. Please make sure you are at reception, changed and ready to ride 15 mins before the start of the class.
