Our August Challenge is designed to ramp up the fun here in Sydney and Melbourne (yes, you do NOT have to fly to Europe to have fun this Winter!) and get our bodies, minds and souls moving and groovin’.

We love challenges because they keep us accountable to our goals but this one is all about YOUR PERSONAL level.

This Challenge WILL LVL you up but YOU set the level. You decide what your level means to you which makes it that extra special.

Unfortunately, this challenge is only on for the month of August 2022. Sales for the Challenge will be taken off Midnight 30th July.

Absolutely! You pick your level of rides (between 15, 20, and 30) but there’s not pressure to ride the full amounts. There are extra points being allocated to make it up!

If you are on the Unlimited Membership (VIP) then you gain access immediately!

Those on the Limited Membership or Ride Cards etc will have to purchase this separately (please email us once done, and we will freeze/extend expiry dates where relevant).

Absolutely! Our classes are designed for ALL LEVELS. We say, what a great high-vibe way to try it for the first time!

Rhythm Riding is incredibly safe, especially for your joints as it involves using a stationary bike! The great thing about indoor cycling bikes is that you ultimately make the rules. If anything doesn’t feel good, or you need to sit down or stop, you are able to do so instantly. 

We match our legs to the beat to a variety of tempo’s with a huge focus to stay in the saddle until you are comfortable and safe enough to leave it.
