Yes we do! There is an option to pay for the retreat over 3 months.
No they are not and you’ll need to organise and book your own flight.
We recommend this retreat more for people who have at least 6 months of riding experience.
Confirmation of enrolment will only be provided upon payment of full fee of the retreat. Spot will be held until full payment date and confirmed on receipt of the balance payment by the due dates listed.
Attendance at the retreat without receipt or a full email confirmation is not permitted. If you do not receive a full confirmation within 3 working days upon submitting an enrolment form, please contact Vicious Cycle on +61416 033 140
Attendees can apply for a refund for this course within 10 working days of notice in writing via email to Vicious Cycle up to 6 weeks prior to the start date of the course.
All cancellations or refund requests must be received in writing. Cancellation under 6 weeks to start date will forfeit deposits paid if a replacement cannot be found.
Any attendee no-showing or not attending a booked date with no prior notice to the start date will not be eligible for any refund. Late cancellations (within 6 weeks of course date) due to illness or other issues will be considered on a case by case basis. Late cancellation fees will apply for refunds or re-bookings.
There will be opt in activities like dinner & sunset drinks at El Kabron and traditional Kakek Dance at Uluwatu temple. Kristina will be joining us for all the additional activities and group dinner!
Exclusions will be airfares, Visa on Arrival ($50), and transfer to the Villa, as some of you may plan to stay longer and catch different flights.
