Join us in Bali over April 5-10 2026 for an immersive 6day/5 nights wellness retreat! This retreat will be a fusion of workouts, dual RIDES, & wellness, in the stunning surroundings of Uluwatu.
DESIGN your own WORKOUT itinerary choosing from RIDE, REFORMER, BOOTCAMP all at Bambu Fitness Bali with VC trainers and Bambu Trainers. PILATES and YOGA will be in our very own outdoor Shala located in the Villa. Each day you will have a balance of 2 x workouts, wellness recovery, day trips, beach clubs and fabulous food! Choose one modality across the retreat or mix up your workouts. Everyone will come together to participate in our iconic outdoor event on the clifftops of ULUWATU.

Packages paid in full by August 31 2025 eligible for the Early Bird Prices listed. After Sept 1 the prices increase by $200 each.

Yes we do! There is an option to pay for the retreat over 3 months. Payments due September 1st (pay in full for early bird price) Dec 1st and Feb 1st.
No they are not and you’ll need to organise and book your own flight. We suggest Jetstar ex Sydney 5.25pm Thursday April 2 and retunring 12.20pm Tuesday April 7.
Absolutely! We accommodate all levels and you can build your own itinerary across all modalities.
Confirmation of enrolment will only be provided upon payment of full fee of the retreat. Spot will be held until full payment date and confirmed on receipt of the balance payment by the due dates listed.
Attendance at the retreat without receipt or a full email confirmation is not permitted. If you do not receive a full confirmation within 3 working days upon submitting an enrolment form, please contact Vicious Cycle on +61416 033 140
Attendees can apply for a refund for this course within 10 working days of notice in writing via email to Vicious Cycle up to 6 weeks prior to the start date of the course.
All cancellations or refund requests must be received in writing. Cancellation under 6 weeks to start date will forfeit deposits paid if a replacement cannot be found.
Any attendee no-showing or not attending a booked date with no prior notice to the start date will not be eligible for any refund. Late cancellations (within 6 weeks of course date) due to illness or other issues will be considered on a case by case basis. Late cancellation fees will apply for refunds or re-bookings.
There will be opt in activities like dinner & sunset drinks at El Kabron and traditional Kakek Dance at Uluwatu temple, beach club entrance and minimum spends and options for a second day trip. Exclusions will be airfares, Visa on Arrival ($50), and transfer to the Villa, as some of you may plan to stay longer and catch different flights.
